Advisory Board
Advisory Board
Pegasus Systems seeks to build an advisory board composed of a
diverse mix of real estate experts, technology executives, and
general domain experts.
Harry J. McHugh, Sr.
Since
joining Wawa, Inc. in 1973, Mr. McHugh has served as Director of
Systems, Strategic Planning, Real Estate; as Vice President of Real
Estate, Store Operations; and currently as Sr. Vice President of
Operations. During this time, Wawa has grown from 103
convenience stores to over 500 with sales approaching $1.8 billion.
Prior to joining Wawa, Harry served as a Software Consultant to
NYSIIS and NASA and as Manager of Business Systems responsible for
Human Resource, Financial and Purchasing Systems for the Franklin
Mint. Mr. McHugh received his MBA from the Wharton School in
1979. In addition to serving on the Advisory Board for Pegasus
Systems, Harry also serves on the Board of Directors for the
Children's Miracle Network, the Board of Directors and The
President's Council of Immaculata College, and the Board of
Governors of the Academy of Food Marketing / St. Joseph's University
and The Food Marketing Educational Foundation.
John Gregitis
Mr.
Gregitis has more than eighteen years of sales, marketing and
operations experience with emerging, growth and publicly traded
companies. Mr. Gregitis served as Senior Vice President, Global
Sales and Marketing, for Liquent, a leading provider of content
management, XML and publishing software for the life sciences
industry. As member of a new management team, Mr. Gregitis helped
return Liquent (NASD:LQNT) to profitability and assisted in the sale
of the company to Information Holdings Incorporated (NYSE:IHI).
Prior to Liquent, John served as Vice President of Sales for Naviant,
an electronic commerce company, where he played a key role in sales,
marketing, mergers and acquisitions. As one of the early members of
the management team, Mr. Gregitis contributed to the building,
development and expansion of this international organization.
Naviant was sold to eDirect Marketing of Boca Raton Florida. Prior,
Mr. Gregitis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for PTS
Learning Systems, a global provider of enterprise education
solutions for Siebel, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft. After record
growth, significant strategic partnerships and international
expansion, PTS was sold to Global Knowledge Network. Mr. Gregitis is
a graduate of the Center for Executive Development at the Harvard
Business School, and received a Bachelor of Science degree from East
Stroudsburg University. Mr. Gregitis advises and serves on several
boards of emerging technology companies in the Mid Atlantic area.
Serge Nalbantian
Mr.
Nalbantian is a Vice President with the Trammell Crow Company (TCC)
currently responsible for facilitating the development of a 370,000
SF, $140MM acute healthcare facility at a “Top 100” Medical Center
campus. He has over 10 years of senior development, capital project
and program management experience, with noted expertise in strategic
planning, design, construction methodology, and cost control. Prior
to his tenure at TCC, Nalbantian was a senior member of the
leadership team appointed by Mayor Edward Rendell’s administration,
responsible for establishing and managing the City of Philadelphia’s
Capital Program Office. He managed the design and construction of
the Pennsylvania Convention Center and the Philadelphia Criminal
Justice Center, as well as the planning study for a new Philadelphia
prison. Additionally, he co-directed an acute healthcare facility
development management services project, and provided organizational
strategy and delivery of capital project and program management
services for the University of Pennsylvania campus. Nalbantian also
co-directed the parcel developments for a 2.5 million SF Class-A
office park.
Mr.
Nalbantian holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel
University and a Master of Architecture degree from Syracuse
University in Florence, Italy, and is a registered architect in PA
and NJ.
