CRESYS™
is a traditional suite of Web-enabled data management and analytical
tools combined within a collaborative forum designed to coordinate
the enterprise-wide activities of Corporate Real Estate (CRE)
management. Formerly disparate activities, departments, and vendors
are brought together under one umbrella to increase the flow of
communication, speed the process of site acquisition and occupancy,
and most importantly, ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) for
every real estate acquisition in the corporate portfolio. CRESYS™
is an intelligence gathering and dissemination conduit to the Real
Estate, Legal, Construction, Marketing, Finance, Operations and
Property Management groups.

Site Selection -
FindIt™
acts as a vast repository for available retail
space and matches space to your individual retail organization based
on defined characteristics, customizable weightings, and your
specific sales forecast model. This results in only the highest
quality sites being identified and evaluated; thereby drastically
shortening what has typically been a lengthy process.
Site Acquisition -
AcquireIt™
is an online collaboration forum
and powerful workflow engine that speeds the process from site
identification to acquisition.
Construction -
BuildIt™
is an online RFP, bid submittal,
vendor/bid selection and project management tool that brings
together internal and external participants to avoid delays in this
critical phase. The system coordinates tasks and ensures that they
are completed on time and within budget so that operating revenues
from location openings are realized as soon as possible. BuildIt™helps to organize and facilitate what is typically a 3-6 month
or more process.
Operations -
ManageIt™,
a Web-based operational management system, covers everything from
landlord or tenant lease administration to facility management.
Track and be automatically notified of critical lease dates. Ensure
that charges are not incurred for landlord responsible services and
repairs. Schedule demand and preventive maintenance activities and
track all related costs. Track utility costs, correlate these costs
with faulty equipment / facilities and perform historical analysis.

Disposition -
DisposeOfIt™
provides tools that speed the process of site disposition or
sub-lease. Similar to FindIt™, this module ensures that
under-performing space is sold or leased more quickly so as not to
have an adverse effect on the bottom line.
Strategic Planning -
EvaluateIt™
provides management personnel with point-and-click, drill-down
capabilities for strategic analysis of existing and/or future market
areas. This allows more detailed planning for possible expansion,
downsizing or relocation events.
Transaction
Management -
Transaction Management
is a complete log of all financial activity associated with every
location in your portfolio. This module may be used to report on
operational expenses from a individual location level to an overall
portfolio level.
Reporting -
ReportIt™
is a stand-alone module that provides standard reports for all
modules in the system. The reports are developed using an industry
leading data mining and reporting tool and are open to customization
by authorized users. The reporting engine is included so that you
may develop additional reports. All standard reports may be viewed
online or synchronized with your laptop or handheld PDA for viewing
at a later time.
