Media management
The Media module provides users with a powerful tool to access data concerning all stages of the placement of advertisements. Research and planning data from various sources is integrated with real-time bookings to enable planners and buyers to effectively manage their client budgets and campaigns in a single system.
Single entry operation
Bookings are entered (or imported from media suppliers) once only, and from there produce all the associated documentation in the form of Booking Advice Notices, Material Instructions, Amendments, Cancellations, etc. They then form the client invoices and subsequent accounts payable liability to enable quick and easy reconciliations and payments.
Reporting
Real-time reports are able to be generated at will on both historical and future booking data. Users can format their own reports and save them as templates to be used as required, and export easily to external sources such as Microsoft Excel for other uses.
