The Media Workbook offers a single point of entry for all media channels. Bookings can be imported from media suppliers or entered manually and automatically produce Supplier Booking Advice, Material Instruction, Amendment and Cancellation notices.
Bookings can be entered as Planned and updated to Instructed as required.
Client Invoices are generated directly from the bookings and flow through to the appropriate accounting modules seamlessly. Accounts payable reconciliations use the same booking data, leading to efficient and accurate reconciliations and payments.
Commission splits with other parties are handled easily in the background as part of the invoicing process.
Adjustments post invoicing can be entered to update the original bookings and invoice the client in one easy step, assisting with real-time reporting and reconciliations.
Comprehensive inquiries allow you to drill down from reports to the source transactions and resolve issues on the fly. Historical data is retained as long as you require.
Real-time reports for past and future booking data can be formatted to suit your requirements and saved as templates for future use or exported to spreadsheets for further analysis.
Multi-currency - The system is full multi-currency, allowing input, billing and payment in different currencies. Exchange gains and losses are managed easily, allowing for placements to be paid for and on-charged in different currencies.
