June brings exciting enhancements to Pegasus Edge, featuring a comprehensive Notification Hub and an improved Job Cost Overrun Report. Aimed to streamline your workflows, these updates are set to transform your agency and boost productivity.
New Feature Alert: The Notification Hub
We're delighted to introduce the all-new Notification Hub, a feature designed to streamline your workflows and consolidate tasks in one convenient location. With the Notification Hub, you'll never miss a beat. Use the 'View' button to quickly navigate to relevant jobs and stay on top of your to-do list. It's our way of making your user experience more seamless and intuitive.
With the Notification Hub, you'll be able to:
Centralise task management: view all your outstanding tasks across the system from one location. No more navigating between different modules to manage your work!
Quick Navigation: use the View button to jump directly to the relevant area and take action on your tasks.
Customise your experience: use the Options function to personalise which notifications you want to see and specify any required options.
To access the Notification Hub, select the icon on the right-hand side of the header menu. For your convenience, this will be your default landing page on login unless you've set a different Default Module in your user preferences.
Stay Ahead with Job Cost Overrun Report Email Alerts
Our enhanced Job Cost Overrun Report now includes scheduled email alerts - a helpful tool to stay informed when job costs exceed the approved estimates. The report is conveniently delivered to your inbox, saving you time and providing crucial information right when needed. It's all about giving you more control and transparency over your job cost management.
Comprehensive Alerts: an email with the Job Cost Overruns Report attached will be sent once specific criteria are met. This alert prompts a review and potential actions to keep your project on budget.
Advanced Selection Criteria: these alerts include jobs that exceed the Urgent % or Warning % of the estimated and approved costs. Set these percentages in the Production System Parameters for customised control.
Please note that the Warning % will be set at 75% by default if the warning system parameter is not specified, while the Alert/Urgent % will default to 90% if not explicitly set.
